What is a Life Group Anyway?
Life Groups gather to:
• Understand Christianity and explore the Bible with others.
• Provide support and care for one another in good times
and in difficult times.
• Build lasting, authentic heart-to-heart friendships.
• Practice and experience the power of prayer.
Life Groups are a vital part of Gulf Gate Church. It is important
for people to connect relationally, for the purpose of growing spiritually,
caring for one another and multiplying ministry while helping to
accomplish the stated purpose of Gulf Gate Church.
A church with so many members cannot possibly rely on paid staff
members to effectively meet all of the needs of the entire church.
It is biblical and vital that churches enlist and enable members
to do this work. We are called to live the Christian life with the
support of others. Members helping one another is Christ's plan
for the church.
