Relief for Victims of Hurricane Harvey

Hurricane Harvey is the worst natural disaster to hit the U.S. since Hurricane Katrina. We’ve all seen the images on the news. It has already dumped more than 11 trillion gallons of water. More than 30,000 people have been displaced so far, and the storm isn’t even over yet.

We all want to help in any way we can. We may not be able to physically get there, but there are other ways we can get involved. Below are a just a few local and national organizations that are currently accepting donations and calling for volunteers to help the victims of Hurricane Harvey:

Of course, Gulf Gate Church isn’t endorsing or vouching for any of these groups. It’s a good idea to do a bit of research on any charity before you donate to it. One place to start is Charity Navigator.
